Product Description
General
Type D and DG pump is horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump. It is suitables for conveying clear water(with the quality is less than 1%, and praticle size is less than 0.1mm) and physical chemistry properties which are similar to other liquid.
The D type pump medium temperature of delivery is not more than 80℃. It is suitable for mine drainage and factories, water supply and other occasions.
The DG type pump medium temperature is not more than 160℃. Suitable for small boiler feed water or transport similar hot water.
About the Structure
The horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump in this series is two - end bearing. The shell part is a section. The operation of the pump is connected by an elastic coupling to an electric motor. The direction of pump rotation ,from the driver side, is rotated clockwise.
The stator part is mainly composed of suction segment, interruption, spitting segment, guide leaf, stuffing box and so on. Spitting outlet is vertical upward; Suction inlet D type pump is horizontal. The DG type pump is vertical upward.
The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disk and axle sleeve.
