Is single-stage、single suction cantilever centrifugal pump.Flow components are using steel structure of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, has a strong corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance.

Q:What’s the MOQ?
A: I set for regular product, the special one we need to discuss.
Q:What’re your payments?
A:Most of our customers chose 100% T/T. We also accept L/C . For L/C please confirm with us with exact order.
Q:How long is the deliver time?
A:For the Orders within stock, we deliver goods at once against payment.
For the orders out of stock, within 15 days.
For the custom-designed products , within 30 days.
Q:What about the package?
A:Plywood case for normal pumps and machines, plate for heavy pumps and machines.
Q:How is the pump delivered to us?
A:The small one would be delivered by international express, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS & TNT.
While the big one would be delivered by air, sea.
Q:How long is the warranty?
A:According to the international standards, pump in standard operation is 1 year ( except wearable parts & seal ). For wearable parts & seal, we provide replace able one of cost price.
Q:Whether the pump can be made of different standard?
A:Of course yes. We could produce the pump according to custom needs.
Disassembly and assembly
1.Before test running you should turn the coupling by your hand and check whether the rotation is flexible and the steering is correct.
2.Open the inlet valve liquid supply source,if not reach to the high of liquid injection must be fill full liquid for the pump first.
3.Connect the shaft seal cooling water.
4.Start the motor to make the pump work and open the outlet valve in time.
5.When stop working, close the outlet valve first, cut off the power, stop the cooling water at supply seal
Maintenance and repairs
1.Often check the pump and motor temperature rise, regular replacement of the bearing seat of the lubricating oil (grease), replace the vulnerable parts.
2.When the machine is not used for a long time, the pump should be cleaned and cut off the power，pay attention to antifreeze in winter.
3.Keep the pump body clean to prevent the motor wetting.
4.Not allowed idling and reverse.
