The CZ pump is a horizontal,end suction,single stage radially split,foot mounted standard process pump,designed for pumping clean or slightly polluted,cold or hot,chemically neutral or corrosive liquids.It complies with the requirements of ISO5199.

Design Features
1,Standard modularization design.Only 6 bearing frames for 40 sizes,the rear pull-out design enables the bearing pedestal including impeller and shaft seal to be removed with the volute casing left in position.The driver does not need to be removed if a spacer coupling is used.
2,The standard seal arrangement has three options:gland packing,single mechanical seal and double seal.
3,The standard piping includes three options:plan11,plan32 and plan54.
4,API Material Class S-5(Carbon),A-7(304),A-8-1(316),A-8-2(316L).
5,GB9113.1-2000 suction and discharge flanges are standard.If customers specify other special flanges,the outside dimension and thickness should comply with GB code.
6,The standard baseplate is Fabricated steel.Cast iron is N/A.
7,The pump rotation is clockwise when looking from the drive end.
