Brief introduction
1. RDRM 5hp stainless steel food grade electric centrifugal water pump is composed of impeller, pump casing, sealing and motor, etc.
2. The mechanical sealing for CIP system is with advantages of smooth inner design and cleanable structure. The motor is with stainless steel casing to protect pump from dust and water, and four stainless steel stand bars help to adjust the height and balance of pump.The impeller and pump casing are special processed, so it gets higher resistance and no sanitary dead corner.
3. All wet parts of pumps are made of SUS304 or SUS316, they are used for foodstuff to transfer various of low viscosity food liquids, such as distilled water, milk, wine, beer, etc. It also could be for corrosive liquids with suspended particles.
4. RDRM-Z Sanitary centrifugal pump is single stage self-priming pump. It has good self-priming performance.
5. RDRM-Z-CIP sanitary centrifugal pump is CIP return self-priming pump with volume structure. Pumping fluid could be mixed with air or foam. Can be used as return pump in CIP system.
