ZL series axial flow pump is our improved products that combine advanced pump technology from domestic and overseas, it has high efficiency, good cavitation performance, stable performance and running reliable corresponding to old products
Adopt the most advanced computer aided design(CAD, AFD) and dynamic analysis of flow field, which ensure the pump has high efficiency and stable performance among the regulated running scope.
The pump bearing is sailong bearing, adopting stainless steel shaft sleeve between shaft and bearing, increasing the wear resistance and corrosion resistance; Lubrication divide into self lubrication and external water lubrication according to different medium.
Large pump blades by copying the contour machining processing technology, this technology not only improve the geometrical precision of the blade, but improved the impeller of dynamic and static balance schedule, fully guarantee the stability of the hydraulic performance of pump and stable operation.
