Product Features
Flow passage components of FUB-series horizontal engineering plastic pumps are made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), and the components have excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance. As for sealing forms, sealing forms including mechanical seal, dynamic seal, packing seal are adopted for FUB-series pumps. FUB-series pumps can be used to carry acid-base liquid, slurry containing solid particles and sewage with impurities and especially perform well in carrying corrosive liquid containing fine particles, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and the likes.
Application
In chemical industry, FUB-series horizontal engineering plastic pumps are widely used to carry mediators like varieties of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali and slurry; in nonferrous metallurgy industry, mediators like acid, pulp, slurry, sewage; in fertilizer industry, mediators like hydrofluoric acid, fluosilicic acid and phosphoric acid slurry.
